We are seeking a 3rd Shift Friday to Tuesday Die Fab Supervisor to lead overnight operations and directly manage the Separation and Visual areas. This role is responsible for driving production performance, managing shift execution, and ensuring safe, high-quality manufacturing in a semiconductor environment.

The supervisor serves as the primary leadership presence on shift, owning output, WIP flow, and team performance while maintaining strict adherence to process, quality, and safety standards.


Responsibilities

  • Lead shift execution across Die Fab to meet output, cycle time, and delivery targets
  • Manage run plans, staffing, and work prioritization to optimize WIP flow
  • Monitor equipment status, coordinate recovery actions, and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate lot status and ensure disciplined use of MES/PRISM systems
  • Identify and address bottlenecks impacting throughput, particularly in Separation and Visual areas
  • Supervise, coach, and develop operators across assigned areas
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and support employee development
  • Manage training, certification, attendance, and shift coverage
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all processes are executed by trained personnel per documented procedures
  • Enforce ESD, cleanliness, and safety compliance standards
  • Drive adherence to process controls, documentation, and inspection requirements
  • Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Active floor presence (hands-on support)

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor field
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership or supervisory responsibility
  • Experience in semiconductor processing or wafer handling preferred
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capability, especially in off-shift operations
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Clear communication and ability to drive team execution
  • Night shift schedule including weekends

Pay Range:

USD $76,870.00 - USD $128,120.00 Year
