What to Expect The Pastry Cook is responsible for producing all baked goods, desserts, and breakfast pastries that meet the diner's quality, consistency, and food safety standards. You will keep the pastry line stocked, maintain a clean environment, and support both breakfast and all day service across rotating shifts.
