BIM Modeler, Network Engineering

BIM Modeling in coordination with multiple disciplines and architects duringall project design and construction phases, limiting re-work and helping to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.This position is for a BIM Modeler and requires Drafting. This is not a BIM Coordinator Role.

• Effective visual and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should possess a proficient understanding of the interrelationships among design and engineering disciplines, clients, and constructors
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project assignments to meet competing deadlines
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting to support projects and assignments in various phases
• Ability to provide support to local projects, as well as assisting team members in other projects across the company
• Availability to occasionally travel for projects

• 2-5 years of related experience drafting one or more of the following systems: Data/Voice structured cabling systems, audiovisual presentation and conferencing systems, wireless systems including Wi-Fi, public safety distribution systems, access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) required
• Fluent in Autodesk CAD (computer-aided drafting & design) programs including Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD
• Position is in Austin, TX and requires onsite presence
• Experience with Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks required
• Revizto experience is a plus
