KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect - Utilities for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

* Act as a Technical Lead and Solution Architect within the SAP S/4HANA IS-U platform, specializing in Power and Utilities clients, utilizing a deep understanding of SAP technology and functionalities.

* Manage the successful delivery of SAP-related projects and contribute to strategic sales opportunities by showcasing SAP capabilities within the utilities sector.

* Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Intellectual Property (IP) within KPMG's Global SAP Community, assisting in the development of innovations like SAP AI and Build tailored to the utilities industry.

* Provide guidance and implementation support for "Powered-KPMG tools and Accelerators assets", SAP Build, and SAP Alliances programs. Help identify areas for enhancement within the SAP S/4HANA Utilities domain.

* Support the development, refinement, and adoption of KPMG methodologies and tools, ensuring their effective use across project teams.

* Collaborate with KPMG Leadership to design SAP AI and Build solutions. Assist in presenting the benefits of these solutions to client management and support the development of materials for local sales opportunities.

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum 7 years of recent SAP ERP and S/4HANA expertise, with proven experience as a technical lead or workstream architect; experience with at least two end-to-end lifecycle implementations involving SAP S/4HANA IS-U is required.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

* Relevant certifications, practical experience, or strong familiarity with the SAP AI solution portfolio and/or SAP Build, specifically within the utilities domain.

* Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Functional Design principles, with a specialization in SAP S/4HANA Utilities.

* Experience guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and supporting internal transformation initiatives.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

* Willingness to travel as required to meet client and project needs
