Huntsman School of Business is seeking applications for a Program Coordinator III to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic support for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs, including face-to-face, broadcast (Zoom), and online formats. The working title of this position is MBA Associate Director. The MBA program is an interdepartmental business graduate degree built on a foundation of leadership, value, and flexibility for working professionals. The program is one of the largest graduate programs at Utah State University (200+ students year-round) and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for students, faculty, and stakeholders. This position plays a key role in managing program operations, program development, and ensuring the continued success and growth of the MBA programs. The work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and engaging, offering opportunities to contribute ideas, improve processes, and work closely with colleagues who value teamwork and innovation. The office culture emphasizes outstanding customer service, respectful professionalism, and continuous improvement in all aspects of daily operations. This position reports to the MBA Director.
