Technical Analyst

About the Role:

Join our team as a Technical Analyst and help empower clients to get the most out of their Yardi solutions! In this role, you'll work closely with users to troubleshoot challenges, fine-tune workflows, and turn complex problems into clear, effective solutions. You'll design and configure custom applications, test enhancements, and serve as a key resource for sophisticated system issues. Along the way, you'll collaborate with talented teammates across analysis, development, sales, and marketing to deliver outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do:

• Perform advanced systems analysis to support clients in managing Yardi application systems, hardware, and functional specifications.
• Document, test, and create or modify computer programs to improve Yardi product functionality.
• Customize Yardi software to meet specific client requirements and ensure optimal workflow performance.
• Serve as an escalation resource for challenging technical requests, providing clear direction and high-quality support.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
• Two (2) years in a software support, analytics, or services role
• Advanced knowledge in all the following areas: Microsoft operating and network system operation, Relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language
• Proficiency in SQL
• Strong technical computer and database management skills
• Excellent independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-centered commitment and focus
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with customers
• Basic understanding of Yardi's Voyager software
• Basic understanding of the Cafe platform and associated ancillary products

Ideal to Have:

• Experience with HTML/Cloud Services
• Understanding of property management industry and best practices
• Working knowledge of accounting practices
• Understanding of project management principles
• Understanding of networks and peripherals
• Understanding of Development
• Understanding of network configuration and associated peripherals
• Ability to efficiently communicate highly technical topics or solutions to a non-technical audience

Annual Salary Range: $84,800-$95,400
