This is a legacy-defining opportunity for a motivated construction professional to run a local self-performing operation backed by an unmatched national reputation. Position Summary As Branch Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for PULLMAN's Chicago branch while driving business growth, operational excellence, safety, profitability, and employee development throughout the region. This role is ideal for a proven construction leader with deep expertise in concrete repair and masonry restoration, strong experience managing union labor environments, and a successful track record leading large-scale self-performed restoration operations. The Branch Director will oversee branch operations including project execution, financial performance, estimating, business development, workforce planning, and leadership development while maintaining strong relationships with clients, labor partners, and internal teams.
