The Opportunity
Adobe's web video team is building the future of AI-powered video creation on the web. We create intuitive experiences that help millions of people tell stories, share ideas, and create video more easily.
This is a collaborative role with meaningful impact on product direction, user experience, and intelligent creative workflows. You will help define how generative AI and conversational experiences come together across Adobe's web video products. You'll work closely with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams, while partnering across Adobe's broader video ecosystem including Premiere, Firefly, and Frame. Together, we're building the next generation of creative tools for the web.

What You'll Do
  • Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for intelligent creative workflows.
  • Translate emerging technologies into clear product experiences, requirements, and delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences.
  • Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data and customer insights to improve product experiences.
  • Build and prioritize roadmaps that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
  • Represent your product area in cross-functional planning and leadership discussions, helping drive alignment across teams.
  • Learn from creator trends, competitive products, and evolving technologies to help identify future product opportunities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, software development, or management consulting, including 3+ years in product management.
  • Experience building user-facing digital products, ideally in creative tools, generative AI products, or video workflows.
  • Experience working with AI image and video models, conversational experiences, and AI-assisted creation patterns.
  • Ability to turn early ideas and emerging technologies into clear, user-centered product experiences.
  • Good product judgment and ability to make thoughtful decisions across UX, prioritization, and product scope.
  • Experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to improve product experiences and guide product decisions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across teams and collaborators.
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities and iterative ways of working.
  • Experience with web or mobile video applications is a strong plus.
  • Experience with creative tools, collaborative platforms, or generative AI products is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
In New York, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $153,100 - $221,650

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
