We are seeking a Valuation Staff II to join our Corporate Finance team, where you will play a key role in preparing valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes. This individual will collaborate closely with senior team members on a variety of engagements, gaining exposure to strategic financial initiatives and client-facing work. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, solutions-driven mindset to every project.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist with preparation of valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes.

  • Assist with building financial models, including discounted cash flow models, capitalized earnings models, market multiple models and net asset value models.

  • Perform analysis of financial statements as well as economic and industry data.

  • Analyze financial metrics of guideline peer companies and guideline peer transactions

  • Assist in the preparation of valuation analyses, memos and reports.

  • Assist in the review of valuations prepared for financial reporting in connection with EisnerAmper audit clients.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Capital IQ and other financial applications and databases

Basic Qualifications:
  • One to two years of recent valuation experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related business discipline

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess financial modeling and analytical abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Capital IQ

  • Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies relevant to valuation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
