About the Opportunity:
  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
  • Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
  • Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble electronic sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
  • Read and understand Engineering drawings as well as manufacturing work instructions.
  • Perform all product build processes and work on any product directed by management to meet business needs.
  • Manual and automated underfill, bonding, and staking.
  • Touch-up and application of conformal/Parylene coating.
  • Participate/engage in team meetings.
  • Work on Windows-based programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Min 2 years of Electronics manufacturing experience
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree
  • Moderate computer skills, SAP experience
  • Current certification to IPC A610 and JSTD 001.
  • The successful candidate will receive internal training as necessary and will be needed to pass IPC A610 and JSTD 001 solder and rework certification tests.
  • General knowledge of Lean or demand flow manufacturing practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with team members.
  • Close attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving techniques.
