Description The Clinical Program Manager, RN is responsible for using the evidence, technology, and internal and external constituent feedback, to evaluate, plan, develop, operationalize future department and organizational needs, and evaluate a wide variety of clinical and department activities, programs, and initiatives. This role will lead and serve as an expert resource, while working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from the system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues, to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of each component of the STOC's program. This role will seek wide representation to collectively create, implement, and evaluate the processes necessary on an ongoing basis to reach effective clinical and programmatic quality outcomes. This role will oversee effective compliance with regulatory, human resource, and other organizational requirements in an efficient, effective and highly reliable manner. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
