Your Role on the Team Reporting into Campus HR, independently directs personnel operations for the assigned schools or units, which includes Senate and non-Senate academics, staff, and student employees. A member of the senior management team, the incumbent oversees all personnel functions and serves as principal consultant on academic and staff personnel and payroll matters, providing executive-level strategic planning, analyses, organizational assessments and recommendations. The Director of Personnel represents the assigned schools or units in all personnel matters and coordinates a variety of campus initiatives on behalf of School leadership.
