Second Shift Welder | $26-$32/hr + $5,000 Stay-On Bonus

Weinberger Disposal, a Waste Connections Company, is looking for an experienced Second Shift Welder to join our team in Phoenix.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00/hour
Stay-On Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 1:00 PM start time
Hours: Approximately 40-45 hours per week

If you have at least 2 years of welding experience and experience with MIG, Stick, and Aluminum welding, we want to hear from you.

Our welders play an important role in keeping our equipment safe, reliable, and ready to support our drivers and the communities we serve.

* Repair, inspect, diagnose, and maintain containers, dumpsters, and related equipment
* Perform welding repairs using MIG, Stick, and aluminum welding techniques
* Complete safety checks and identify needed repairs
* Assist other team members with equipment repairs as needed
* Work professionally with drivers and other team members
* Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company and OSHA standards
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned

* Minimum 2 years of welding experience
* Experience with MIG and Stick welding
* Minimum 2 years of aluminum welding experience
* Ability to safely operate welding equipment and basic tools
* Basic personal tool set
* Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
