Location: Cabazon, CA

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, electric motors, conveyors, and automated equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred

Job Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete corrective maintenance activities
• Perform machine tear-downs, repairs, and equipment reassembly
• Diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and automated equipment
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, retrofits, and special projects
• Identify and implement equipment reliability and process improvement initiatives
• Work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on maintenance-related activities
• Train and support operators on basic equipment operation and maintenance practices
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status updates
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
