Aquent is partnering with a leading consultancy dedicated to transforming organizational capabilities through impactful leadership development. This innovative firm is at the forefront of designing and delivering world-class programs that empower leaders and drive significant change within their client organizations. Join a team where your operational excellence will directly contribute to the success of high-stakes, long-term initiatives, making a tangible difference in how organizations build and grow their leadership talent.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as the operational engine behind a critical 13-month Leadership Development Program. In this dynamic role, you won't just manage tasks; you'll be the strategic linchpin, empowering a senior Client Advisor to focus on high-level strategy and client relationships. Your ability to meticulously track every detail, anticipate challenges, and translate complexity into clarity will ensure seamless execution and the ultimate success of a program designed to cultivate world-class leadership capabilities.

What You'll Own and Deliver

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive, end-to-end project plan using advanced project management tools, covering all phases of a 13-month program.
  • Proactively map and manage interdependencies across diverse workstreams, including content design, graphic production, and client milestones, ensuring visibility and manageability of overlapping timelines.
  • Establish and maintain a transparent project environment where all team members, partners, and client stakeholders can access live status updates, upcoming milestones, and clear ownership details.
  • Identify and flag potential risks, bottlenecks, and shifting dependencies early, enabling timely intervention by the Client Advisor to prevent issues from escalating.
  • Act as the operational right hand to the Client Advisor, handling all tracking, coordination, and follow-through to allow them to concentrate on strategic initiatives and client relationships.
  • Prepare essential materials for internal reviews, partner check-ins, and critical client-facing meetings.
  • Continuously monitor progress across all partners, providing the Client Advisor with clear, accurate, and up-to-date status reports.
  • Diligently follow up on all open items, pending deliverables, and review cycles to maintain momentum and prevent delays.
  • Transform detailed project plans into polished, story-driven presentations for senior client stakeholders, providing clear and accessible visibility into program progress.
  • Develop comprehensive milestone summaries, status reports, and decision-ready briefings to support the Client Advisor's client engagements.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional communication rhythm, fostering client confidence and ensuring they remain well-informed throughout the engagement.
  • Create and manage a centralized shared workspace as the single source of truth for all program materials.
  • Organize and meticulously version-control all program assets, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, practice exercises, graphic files, and client deliverables.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient transitions between program build and delivery phases, guaranteeing all materials are correctly versioned, in their designated locations, and accessible to the appropriate personnel.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years of project management experience within consulting, professional services, or learning & development environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with a senior lead or account manager, with a proven ability to provide leverage and enhance their effectiveness.
  • Hands-on proficiency with leading project management tools, showcasing your ability to build robust project systems rather than just managing task lists.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, capable of translating complex project information into clear, compelling, and story-driven updates for senior audiences.
  • Extensive experience managing shared file systems across distributed teams.
  • A proactive and transparent communication style, consistently surfacing issues early and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders without prompting.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic build-and-deliver environment where design and execution occur simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification.
  • Previous experience supporting leadership development, executive education, or organizational talent programs.
  • Familiarity with instructional design or curriculum development workflows.
