Gulfstream is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Procurement Data to support critical decision-making across our enterprise supply chain organization. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with procurement, logistics, materials, and executive leadership to deliver data-driven solutions that improve performance, strengthen processes, and support strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do
  • Analyze complex data sets and identify meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and data solutions.
  • Create executive-level dashboards, presentations, and detailed reports for senior and C-suite leadership.
  • Perform data extraction, validation, aggregation, and analysis using standard reporting and analytical tools.
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, materials, and other supply chain teams to gather and define business requirements.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of data solutions, standards, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Support data governance, data integrity, audit readiness, and data quality initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable data and reporting solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for moderately complex analytical and business challenges.
  • Contribute to team goals and support special projects and enterprise initiatives as assigned.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six (6) years of experience in business analytics, technical support, data analysis, data extraction, or a related analytical function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with SAP, Corridor, Power BI, and/or SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) preferred.
  • Understanding of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, or materials management processes strongly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and data requirements.
  • Working knowledge of data reporting, business intelligence, and analytical tools.
  • Understanding of databases, data extraction techniques, and data manipulation methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to connect detailed analysis to broader organizational objectives.
  • Understanding of relational and dimensional data models and database design concepts preferred.
  • Light coding experience or willingness to work with basic coding concepts is a plus.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related required or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years experience in an analytical or technical support function or general data analysis/extraction experience. Position Purpose: Gathers business requirements and participates in the support and delivery of business solutions. Performs data analysis, extraction, and delivery activities. Supports the execution of information, and data. Performs moderately complex work assignments under minimal supervision. Works to resolve moderately complex issues and seeks guidance from team members on escalated issues. Serves as a resource and contributes to the achievement of team/organization goals.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
  1. Facilitates gathering moderately complex business requirements by defining the business problem, identifying data requirements and isolating data elements.
  2. Maintains and assists in the development of moderately complex business solutions, which may include data, reporting, business intelligence or analytics.
  3. Leverages a basic understanding of multiple data structures and sources (possesses a working knowledge of multiple data stores) to perform moderate complex data manipulation using standard data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.
  4. Develops intermediate business knowledge of the functional area and processes to understand the application of data information to support business functions.
  5. Supports the implementation of technical data solutions and standards.
  6. Support data governance, integrity, quality, and audit functions.
Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:
  1. Possesses agility for learning technical and business concepts.
  2. Understands the application of data information to support business functions.
  3. Knowledge of industry best practices.
  4. Must be detailed oriented with an ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple assignments and priorities.
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database.
  6. Working knowledge of data reporting/analysis tools and techniques and leveraging databases.
  7. Working knowledge of identifying, documenting, and analyzing business and/or data requirements.
  8. Working knowledge of data extraction techniques and applications.
  9. Understands the application of data information to support business functions.
  10. An understanding of data aggregation/manipulation through table joins/queries and database design (preferred).
  11. Understanding of relational and dimensional data models and structure (preferred).
A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
