Customer Service Representative (On-Site) Location: Moorestown, NJ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (first 3-4 weeks) Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for extension) Overview We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a busy national contact center during peak season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, managing administrative tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers * Assist with sales order support for installation projects * Follow up on open service requests and create new ones as needed * Support billing and payment inquiries * Complete online service requests and documentation Qualifications * Customer service experience (call center experience preferred) * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Basic administrative and data entry experience * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools * High attention to detail and reliability Work Environment * On-site role in Moorestown, NJ * Fast-paced contact center supporting high customer volume Benefits (If Eligible) * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off * Additional voluntary benefits Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Moorestown, NJ.
