We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to join a pivotal team. This is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the visual storytelling and operational efficiency of a major retail player, helping to shape how products are presented to the world and influencing customer perception on a grand scale. Your work will be instrumental in transforming product visions into tangible, compelling displays that resonate with customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative and visual merchandising teams.
• Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
• Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
• Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
• Support with photographing the studio.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
