Summary Job Description: Job Summary The Pharmacy Clinical Manager acts as the principal point of contact for safe and appropriate medication use through education and physician liaison activities. Provides leadership to the department in the provision of clinical pharmacy services and drug information to medical, nursing, and ancillary staff. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote optimal patient outcomes through safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy.
