MOTLOW STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE is accepting applications for the following position: Secretary II Campus: Moore County Department : Health Science Position number: B99589 Salary: $30,586 to $33,586 Motlow State is located in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and has four campuses that serve students from eleven counties. Motlow positions are contingent upon funding availability and budget approval. General Function: Provides general administrative support to a Dean, Assistant Dean, or Director. Performs general office duties and clerical duties of average difficulty. May oversee the scheduling and job assignment of temporary or student workers. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and one-year clerical or secretarial experience in an educational or business setting. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher earned from an accredited institution and one-year clerical or secretarial experience in an educational, accounting or business setting.
