Job Summary and Responsibilities SUMMARY The Process Engineer I shall monitor, administer, and manage Incident prevention responsibilities within the Inside Plant environment for the West Region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned: Analyze and interpret comprehensive customer specifications, scope of work, and methods of procedure. * Assess how the customer's detailed engineering specifications align with the Co-Pilot program guidelines. * Perform daily Co-Pilot analysis for all new ISP projects nationwide. * Assign Co-Pilot turnbacks and identify the project's risk level rating according to the Co-Pilot program guidelines. * Competent using Microsoft BI tools for data analysis and identifying process improvements. * Reports the Co-Pilot program analysis bi-weekly with management to ensure organizational consistency. * Ability to offer direct and indirect technical support to field personnel and engineering teams. * Maintains a strong understanding of quality and process standards in the telecommunications industry. * Monitor current and emerging equipment types to identify risks relevant to incident prevention. * Carries out additional tasks as requested by the Manager Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
