Production Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

• You
  will safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable,
  efficient, and environmentally responsible performance
• You shall perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  on plant equipment to sustain high operational readiness
• In this role you will monitor process performance and adjust conditions to
  maintain safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency
• Take responsibility for collecting, interpreting, and documenting equipment
  and process trend data while completing preventive and predictive maintenance
  in the computerized maintenance system
• Additionally, read, interpret, and maintain process documentation in
  compliance with management of change requirements and support crossfunctional
  groups in resolving process or equipment issues
• Furthermore, execute lockout and tagout procedures, oversee contractors,
  fill liquid bulk trailers, and recommend improvements to processes,
  maintenance strategies, and plant reliability

What makes you great

• You
  will bring experience operating production processes or systems in an
  industrial environment with strong mechanical, electrical, and
  instrumentation proficiency
• You shall be familiar with control and humanmachine interface software
  such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens
• In addition you should hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an
  Associate
• Degree from a technical school preferred, and possess the ability
  to read and revise engineering drawings including piping and instrumentation
  diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information clearly while
  safely operating forklifts, cranes, aerial work platforms, and working at
  height using ladders, scaffolding, and elevated equipment
• Additionally, maintain strong computer skills using Excel, Word,
  PowerPoint, and Outlook and support continuous improvement through proactive
  problemsolving
• You are recognized for maintaining high safety standards, following all
  procedures, and contributing to a culture that values inclusion, learning,
  and operational excellence
• You are able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including
  confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at
  heights
• You will be available to work extended hours when business needs arise
• Furthermore, you demonstrate the flexibility to support weekend, holiday,
  and callin coverage
• You ensure a reliable and safetyfocused presence during critical
  operational periods
