- You will develop and deliver technical training to operations personnel to strengthen onsite capabilities
- Additionally, establish and maintain best practices, technical standards, and critical alerts to drive consistency across operations
- Furthermore, utilize EAM systems to identify critical spares, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve asset availability
- Partner with design and installation teams to enhance future plant designs and long-term performance outcomes
- Lastly, track and report KPIs, provide technical input for business opportunities, and support operations with up to 30% travel and occasional after-hours support

- You will meet the required qualifications with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience
- Further, you will apply hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, or industrial systems to support daily activities and problem resolution
- You will demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges in industrial environments
- You will manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently to meet deadlines and operational needs
