Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• 3+ years of planning, purchasing, supply chain, or production scheduling experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• CPSM or APICS certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred; Power BI experience is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to production efficiency and inventory management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments

Job Duties:

• Manage the flow of materials to support production schedules and customer demand
• Create monthly production plans and monitor daily production schedules
• Purchase materials and place purchase orders to ensure product availability
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory within budgetary guidelines
• Ensure product supply meets customer demand targets and key performance indicators
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
• Analyze production, inventory, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, quality, sourcing, marketing, and demand planning teams
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage planning, purchasing, and inventory activities
• Track and report supply chain performance metrics and inventory trends
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
