Executive Assistant

Pay: $52.00-$58.00/hr

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, In-Office

Core hours vary and are typically ~8 hours/day; schedules shared in advance

We're hiring an Executive Assistant - Floater for a 6-month contract supporting the Executive Office of a globally recognized financial services firm in New York, NY. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role where no two days look the same - and where your precision, discretion, and judgment will be noticed at the highest levels.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)



  • Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for senior executives, anticipating conflicts before they arise
  • Plan and execute international and domestic travel - flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and security logistics
  • Serve as a polished, discreet point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Process and reconcile expenses in accordance with firm policy




What You Bring (Requirements)



  • 3+ years supporting executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom; Concur or similar a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset - you anticipate needs and act before issues arise
  • Unquestionable integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree required; financial services or consulting background a plus
