What to Expect

TheEngineeringteamislookingforhighlymotivatedtechnicianstosupportacceleratedproductvalidationanddurabilitytesting.Thisroleishands-onwithastrongemphasisonelectricalsystemsandCANdiagnostics.Techniciansare expected to assembleanddisassemblecomponents,buildanddebugelectricaltestfixtures,executetests,andsupportrootcauseanalysis.Asuccessfulcandidatemusthaveapassionforlearning,astrongelectricalfoundation,andtheabilitytocollaborateeffectivelytodevelopsolutionsquickly.


What You'll Do
  • Executetests:setup,performinspections,conductmaintenance,andretrofitsusingmultimeters,oscilloscopes,anddiagnostictools- must work with fluids and refrigerant
  • Design,build,debug,anddismantlecomplexelectricalfixturesandwiringharnesses,includingbasicPCBreworks
  • PerformCANbusdiagnosticstoidentify,document,andresolvecommunicationfaults
  • Launchtestsoftware,triageelectricalfailures,andsupportrootcauseanalysisusingPythoneditorsorcommandlineonLinux
  • Collaboratewithengineerstoresolveelectrical,mechanical,andsoftwareissues
  • Supportinstrumentation,dataacquisition,andanalysistoidentifytrends
  • Documentandreportissuesidentifiedduringtestsorinspections
  • Fabricatetesthardwareusingavailableshoptoolsandequipment
  • Assistandlearnfromothertechniciansandengineers

  • BasicexperiencewithMSOfficetools(Outlook/Excel/Word)
  • ExperiencewithscriptinglanguagessuchasPythoneditorsorcommandlineonLinux,CADtools,orfabricationequipment is preferred
