The University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL), a proud member of NCAA Division II and the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), invites applications for the position of Head Baseball Coach. UMSL seeks an innovative, energetic, and student-centered leader to guide Triton Baseball and build upon the program's tradition of excellence. Located in the heart of the St. Louis metropolitan region, UMSL is the region's premier public research university, serving its student population through innovative teaching, impactful research, and meaningful community engagement. UMSL Athletics is committed to providing a first-class student-athlete experience while pursuing excellence in competition, academics, leadership, and service. The Head Baseball Coach serves as the chief architect of the baseball program and is responsible for providing visionary leadership in all aspects of the program, including competitive success, recruiting, player development, academic achievement, compliance, fundraising, alumni engagement, budget management, and staff supervision. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a program positioned for success in one of NCAA Division II's most competitive conferences while developing student-athletes for achievement both on and off the field. A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
