Join Our Team - Site SupervisorAllied Universal Security Services

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for safety, security, and team development? Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee security operations, support personnel, and ensure the highest level of service for our clients at Anthem Midland .

Position Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing daily security operations, supervising security personnel, maintaining site compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for client and security team communications. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess one or more of the following:

    Prior law enforcement experience
  • Military experience (non-commissioned officer or higher)
  • Three (3) years of security management experience
  • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, or a related fields
Required Skills & Experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac computer systems
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn access control and security management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Certifications
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications preferred
  • Certifications must be obtained within 30 days of assignment if not currently held
Additional Requirements
  • Reliable transportation required for travel to remote locations as needed
  • Must maintain valid driver's license, insurance, and meet applicable driving requirements
  • Ability to supervise personnel, maintain operational standards, and support client needs in a professional manner
