As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Role in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help support security-related operations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help identify unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and report issues to the appropriate contact.
• Assist with general security-related duties for a commercial real estate location, which may include observing foot traffic, supporting access control practices, and communicating with onsite contacts during routine and/or urgent situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
