Job Details

A Lead Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of projects within an organization. They provide leadership and guidance to project teams, establish project goals and timelines, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, they may be involved in stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality control to ensure project success.

Create and execute work plans for projects of moderate to large scope and complexity and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Develop required project plan and documentation including but not limited to process flows, RACI charts, work instructions and SOP's. Identify project goals, tasks and coordinate deliverables consistent to meet objectives while maintaining clear communication with all parties regarding mutual expectations, project management and status reporting.
Identify project resources and assign individual responsibilities, as needed.
Provide feedback and focus to all team members throughout project lifecycle and maintain quality standards.
Identify process improvements, manage process change, formulate action plans, mitigate risk to minimize delays and execute projects on time, on plan. Actively seek productive change opportunities and recommend new or revised strategies for driving process improvements and simplification while leveraging technology, where appropriate.
Manage daily operational aspects of a project, including internal or external customer expectations and interaction.
Manage project budgets
May review project deliverables prepared for customers.
Carries out Other duties as assigned

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is:


$90,100.00-$153,300.00/Annual
