Sr. Web Developer, Easton, PA GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for development in support of global consumer web sites and enterprise applications utilizing Sitefinity CMS and custom .NET solutions. Provides technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. Collaborates with business partners to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Supports integration of CMS with backend systems and third-party technologies. Determines user needs, strategies, and goals developing web applications that meet those needs. Helps define web architectures and design for the enterprise. Works on multiple projects as a project leader, technical project manager or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors junior technical staff. o Perform complex system design and program development activities required to complete projects as approved by management.
