Job Description:
Summary: Lead the strategy that keeps mission-critical production moving. The Director, Materials leads materials management across Day & Zimmermann munitions plants, overseeing property management, material records, planning and scheduling, inventory and MRP, traffic, stores, and transportation. This leader is responsible for ensuring material accuracy, system reliability, financial discipline, and continuous process improvement while developing high-performing teams. By driving operational excellence across the materials organization, the Director ensures material availability and delivery execution support production schedules, customer delivery requirements, and contractual requirements. This role will be onsite in Texarkana, TX, also overseeing Kansas and South Dakota operations Responsibilities:

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $131,600 - $197,400. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
