Position Summary

Travere is entering an exciting new chapter of growth. Building on recent successes, including multiple FDA approvals, we are strengthening our capabilities to support a growing portfolio, expanding organizational complexity, and our long-term ambition to be a leading rare disease company. The Vice President, Enterprise Effectiveness will play a critical role in helping the organization scale thoughtfully, accelerate execution, and build the operating capabilities needed to support rare patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers for years to come.

The Vice President, Enterprise Effectiveness will be responsible for helping the organization successfully scale, evolve, and execute as the company grows. This role serves as a cross-functional leader focused on organizational effectiveness, enterprise evolution, strategic initiative execution, governance, and operating effectiveness. This leader will also play a critical role in strengthening and evolving Travere's culture as the organization grows, ensuring that enterprise effectiveness, organizational health, and employee engagement evolve together

Working closely with the Executive Team and leaders across the organization, this individual will help ensure the company remains agile, aligned, and capable of delivering on its strategic priorities through periods of growth, increasing complexity, and change.

The Vice President will act as a trusted advisor, facilitator, and catalyst for enterprise-wide initiatives that require coordination across multiple functions. The role is responsible for creating clarity, alignment, accountability, and adoption while helping leaders navigate organizational growth and business transformation. Through strong partnership across the organization, this individual will help build the capabilities, operating practices, and organizational effectiveness needed to support long-term growth and strategic success.


Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Effectiveness & Organizational Growth
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and enterprise performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with Technology, Program Management, People Success, and other key stakeholders to align priorities, leverage enterprise capabilities, and drive successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as an empowered, solutions-focused leader who proactively identifies organizational inefficiencies, facilitates cross-functional problem-solving, and advances practical recommendations to drive enterprise performance.

  • Help the organization successfully navigate growth, increasing scale, and evolving business needs. Facilitate alignment around enterprise priorities and key strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with executive leaders and People Success to strengthen organizational culture, reinforce company values, and ensure cultural alignment through periods of growth, organizational evolution, and change.

Strategic Initiative Leadership
  • Maintain an external perspective on industry, organizational, workforce trends, and emerging technologies-including AI-to identify best practices, anticipate risks, and strengthen enterprise execution capabilities.
  • Lead or support execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
  • Establish governance, operating rhythms, accountability structures, and success measures.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify risks, dependencies, resource needs, and decision points.
  • Drive alignment and execution across functions.
  • Develop repeatable approaches that improve execution of complex initiatives.

Change Leadership & Organizational Readiness
  • Lead change management efforts associated with major business initiatives and organizational evolution.
  • Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, readiness, and adoption risks.
  • Work in partnership with People Success to integrate change leadership, talent strategies, and organizational development efforts that enable enterprise transformation and business growth
  • Partner with leaders to develop communication, engagement, and implementation strategies. Coach leaders and teams through periods of change and growth.
  • Build practical change leadership capabilities and support adoption of key initiatives.

Governance & Operating Effectiveness
  • Facilitate a review of governance processes to ensure they continue to enable effective decision-making, clear accountability, and enterprise alignment.
  • Clarify roles, accountabilities, decision rights, and escalation pathways.
  • Improve cross-functional ways of working and collaboration.
  • Support leadership teams in resolving complex challenges.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase agility and effectiveness.

Technology Integration

  • Work closely with company digital innovation & strategy function to identify how to best utilize technology resources to facilitate company growth
Strategic Transactions & Integration (As Applicable)
  • Support due diligence activities related to acquisitions, partnerships, licensing opportunities, or other strategic transactions.
  • Design integration planning and execution as needed.
  • Partner with functional leaders to onboard new capabilities, teams, and processes.
  • Apply lessons learned from integration efforts to strengthen enterprise effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, business operations, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformations, including operating model changes, organizational redesign, integration efforts, governance evolution, or implementation of new ways of working across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and align leaders across functions without direct authority, leveraging exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and change leadership capabilities
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor and enterprise leader who excels at building alignment, listening deeply to stakeholder perspectives, and clearly communicating the rationale behind change
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Target Base Pay Range:

$285,000.00 - $385,000.00
