We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Connectivity Business Group. This is a highly visible executive leadership role that combines strategic planning, operational excellence, business management, and organizational leadership. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP & GM while helping drive execution across one of Marvell's most important and fastest-growing businesses. This role is fully onsite and based in Santa Clara, California. Given the highly collaborative and executive-facing nature of the position, in-office presence five days per week is required. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 224,460 - 336,300, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
