Milliman's New York - Atlanta Health Practice is seeking professionals with strong analytic experience to join our vibrant staff and data-rich environment. Milliman's New York - Atlanta Health Practice partners with payer and provider organizations on complex actuarial and strategic challenges, with a focus on value-based care, commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid risk arrangements (including MSSP and other shared savings models), and payer-provider contracting. We support health insurance companies, health systems, physician groups, and ACOs in evaluating and managing financial risk, optimizing contract performance, and building sustainable population health strategies. Our work integrates deep actuarial expertise with practical insights on operations, care delivery, and data analytics. We seek energetic and imaginative professionals to join our client-oriented team at our New York, NY or Atlanta, GA locations, but fully remote candidates will also be considered. The anticipated closing date for this posting is July 3, 2026. Successful candidates will have the ability to lead work with innovative clients seeking answers to complex business challenges.
