The Associate Provider Relations Coordinator supports provider onboarding and the on-site clinician experience by coordinating travel, managing documentation, and providing system guidance. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of timesheets, expenses, and travel arrangements while maintaining consistent communication with clinicians and internal partners. What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinicians, clients, recruiters, and internal teams involved in managing assignments. Oversee the confirmation process to ensure all required documents are received, sent, and properly uploaded into company systems. Coordinate with the Travel team to arrange and manage clinician travel before and during assignments. Regularly enter and update information in company systems to ensure all teams have accurate, up-to-date details throughout each assignment. Serve as the liaison between the internal point of contact (POC), clients, internal teams, and the Travel division to handle travel planning and any changes or issues. Ensure all required documents (including accounting and assignment paperwork) are completed, signed, and submitted by deadlines. Manage the timesheet process by collecting, reviewing, and submitting approved timesheets to Accounting, and uploading them into company systems as needed. Collect and submit clinician expense reports, helping resolve any discrepancies or reimbursement issues. Communicate regularly with clinicians, clients, and internal teams (via phone, email, and text) to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth assignment logistics. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing credit card authorizations and updating records in company systems. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support urgent needs. Keep leadership informed of progress, key updates, and any issues that may impact assignments. Address and resolve clinician and client concerns to ensure a positive experience and high level of satisfaction. Meet all weekly and monthly deadlines related to the role. Attend and participate in team meetings, calls, and training sessions as needed. Prepare and share reports with team members and leadership when required.

Strong computer skills, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented typing abilities. Able to familiarize self with worksite area of clinician (housing, commute, and nearby services) to help ensure they have a smooth and comfortable stay. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to pivot quickly and thrive in an ever-changing environment. High school graduate required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
