Overview
WWIC operates mission-critical systems that directly impact seller behavior, revenue realization, and compliance. We are looking for a Senior Tooling Program Manager (L64) to own and modernize the tooling ecosystem that enables design, deployment, and execution of incentive compensation. This role is accountable for delivering accurate, scalable, and user-centric tooling that supports quota, earnings, and compensation workflows across a global seller base. You will operate as a product owner (not a project manager)-defining strategy, driving execution, and ensuring measurable business outcomes from tooling investments. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years experience in compensation, business management and operations, finance and analytics, human resources and people analytics, marketing, or sales strategy OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science Engineering, or related field.
5+ years experience working in a large or highly matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry.
3+ years of project or program leadership/management experience.

Sales Compensation IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
