Where you'll be:

This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role:

The AI Adoption & Value Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and measurable business impact of AI and advanced analytics across North America. This role owns how AI initiatives translate into real operational and strategic value-guiding where AI is applied, how success is measured, and how solutions are embedded into business decisions.

Operating within the Regional Data & AI Hub, this position partners closely with senior business leaders and AI delivery teams to prioritize investments, shape highvalue use cases, and ensure adoption at scale. The role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and handson engagement to influence decisions, optimize outcomes, and ensure AI becomes a core driver of performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead identification, prioritization, and shaping of AI and advanced analytics use cases aligned to business priorities

  • Define value hypotheses, success metrics, and decision frameworks to ensure clear business impact from AI initiatives

  • Influence senior business stakeholders to align AI opportunities with strategic and operational goals

  • Own adoption and integration of AI solutions into business processes, decisionmaking, and daytoday operations

  • Establish and govern standards for AI adoption, usage, and value realization across the region

  • Partner with AI Product Owners and delivery teams to guide backlog prioritization and ensure alignment to business value

  • Make tradeoff decisions across speed, accuracy, and scalability to drive practical and sustainable outcomes

  • Provide direction and oversight to external AI partners, ensuring delivery of measurable impact and alignment to priorities

  • Monitor and track AI value realization, providing insights to leadership to inform future investments and strategy

  • Identify scalable solutions and best practices to expand AI adoption across the region

  • Drive continuous improvement of governance models, measurement frameworks, and adoption processes

  • Ensure AI initiatives meaningfully influence executive, managerial, and frontline decisionmaking

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, advanced analytics, AI product management, or strategy

  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into datadriven solutions with measurable impact

  • Strong business acumen across commercial, finance, supply chain, or operations functions

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption without formal authority

  • Ability to partner effectively with technical teams and communicate across technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Experience working with external consulting or analytics partners preferred

  • Comfortable operating in fastpaced, agile environments
