Job Summary: We are seeking to strengthen our Financial Risk Advisory team with a Regulatory and Documentation Advisory Associate based in our Kennett Square office. This role will focus on analyzing global derivatives regulations and related documentation, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for both internal stakeholders and external clients. Working at the intersection of regulatory advisory and operations, the successful candidate will develop expertise in derivatives market regulation, assess the impact of regulatory developments, and help clients navigate evolving compliance and documentation requirements. The role reports to the Regulatory and Documentation Advisory team and offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions to deliver thoughtful, client-focused solutions in a dynamic regulatory environment.
