Position Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FSO to lead and manage programs in support of DoW and IC customers. The individual manages day-to-day operations and oversight of Collateral, Special Access (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs at ATI. This role requires a security professional who can operate independently, manage multiple programs, interface with government and internal customers, and provide guidance across ATI.

Essential Functions
Serves as the Summerville Facility Security Officer responsible for managing the day-to-day security requirements in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM to include DD254 compliance, Personnel and Physical Security, and Information Security
Serve as the primary CPSO/CSSO for assigned programs, ensuring compliance with applicable SAP and SCI security policies and directives; implement and maintain SCI/SAP security measures in accordance with ICDs, DoD 5205.7 Vol 1-4, 32 CFR Part 117, and other applicable regulations
Supervises a staff of 3-4 industrial security employees, including front desk receptionist support
Responsible for coordinating and supervising guard services at the facility
Coordinates with government security officers, program managers, and other stakeholders on all aspects of program security
Manage security requirements including personnel security, indoctrinations, debriefings, access rosters, and clearance verifications
Maintain required security documentation, briefings, records, self-inspections, physical security for ICD 705 accredited facilities
Lead development and implementation of security plans for SCI/SAP and collateral programs
Ensures IT personnel maintain accreditation of appropriate systems supporting programs
Conduct self-inspections, security incident investigations, document corrective actions, and interact with government cognizant security officers for on-site inspections
Serves as the ATI Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO)
Serves as the COMSEC Custodian if applicable
Additional Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree with 3years, Bachelor's degree with 5years, Associates degree with 7years, or some college with 10 years of directly related industrial security experience as a cleared defense contractor within the National Industrial Security Program.
- Completion of the FSO for Possessing Facilities Curriculum with DCSA
- Completion of CSSO and/or ICD 705 Courses
- Completion of CPSO and/or SAP Security Training with CDSE
- Membership in professional Industrial Security group preferred (ISWG, CSSWG, CAISSWG, NCMS)
- Experience supporting new program stand-up efforts to include ICD 705 compliant facility builds and accreditations
- Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization; Current TS/SCI eligibility required
- Special Program Security Credential (SPSC), Security Professional Fundamentals Credential (SFPC) a plus
- Must successfully pass a background check to access sensitive information and automated systems.

Anticipated starting salary is in range commensurate with education and experience:
$90,000 - $95,000
