IT Asset Manager Stafford VA Pay : $70,000/yr MUST : Experienced Asset Manager Current Active DoD Secret clearance 3+ years of asset management experience 2+ years of Customer Service experience A comprehensive understanding of the life cycle and supply management process with a demonstrated sound judgment Solid experience using ServiceNow systems for ticketing, asset management record updates, etc. Experience with managing and handling inventory both on the hardware and software side (including software licenses and accounts) Experience with Asset Procurement, receipt and distribution Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level of organization and prioritizing skills with a strong attention to detail Bachelor's Degree required (or 4 additional years of professional IT experience) Ability to lift and carry IT equipment and materials up to 50 pounds DUTIES: Contribute and participate as main Asset Management Office (AMO) POC for client and internal operations Respond and resolve all client requests Provide input into project plans including refreshes, renewals, and compliancy as required Manage, track/record and monitor all assets in ServiceNow system Allocate and prioritize AMO workload Ensure AMO data is accurate and provides client with insight into their inventory to alleviate unnecessary expenses Provide timely and efficient support to client Responsible for all AMO projects, repository, reports, RFPs and SLAs Process and procedure creation and accountability Complete and total Asset Management accountability Must be able to perform physical inventory, warehouse operations, and equipment handling Requires the ability to walk and stand for extended periods, including frequent movement between office spaces, loading docks, and multiple floors to deliver and deploy equipment Team lifts or material handling equipment will be used for heavier items Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
