Department: Church Insurance Job Type: Regular Full Time Education Level: AA/AS or combination of education and experience Required Years Experience: 2 For more than 90 years, The Church Insurance Companies (CIC) has focused on providing The Episcopal Church with broad, cost-effective property and casualty coverage, as well as unique risk management strategies and tools. This team takes a disciplined, financially sustainable, and hands-on approach. The Underwriting Team is responsible for the collection, review and evaluation of risk exposure to loss, creating insurance coverage, terms and conditions to meet the needs of current and prospective policyholders. The Commercial Lines Assistant provides administrative and technical support to Commercial Lines Underwriters by performing various tasks to facilitate the underwriting function. WORK ENVIRONMENT Currently, hybrid work environment, which requires working in CIC's office Tuesdays through Thursdays and exibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
