Description The Opportunity Healthy Community Alliance is seeking a Director of Operations to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team in building the systems, processes, and organizational infrastructure that will support HCA's next chapter. This is leadership role is for someone who enjoys improving how organizations work. You'll identify opportunities to make operations more efficient, build scalable processes, strengthen communication across teams, and help translate strategic priorities into day-to-day execution. Location This is a hybrid position based in Gowanda, New York. Regular travel throughout HCA's service area and occasional regional or statewide meetings are expected. About Healthy Community Alliance Healthy Community Alliance (HCA) is a nonprofit rural health network serving Cattaraugus County and parts of Chautauqua, Erie, and Wyoming counties. For nearly 30 years, HCA has brought together healthcare providers, government agencies, nonprofits, and community partners to improve health and quality of life across rural Western New York. With a team of approximately 20 employees, HCA delivers direct services while also strengthening the region's health infrastructure through partnerships, fiscal sponsorship, and community collaboration. From maternal health and caregiver support to food access, insurance navigation, and aging services, HCA works to improve the systems that shape healthier communities.
