Position Overview Candidate will manage HR functions for a growing organization based in Orlando, FL with remote operations throughout the US and Internationally. Responsibilities include but are not limited to management of the Human Resources team, functioning as a Human Resource Business Partner for designated business units, compliance with legal and regulatory requirement and all related reporting, oversight of the performance management system and annual merit increases, and other duties as assigned. Human Resource Management: Oversight of all Human Resource functions ensuring corporate policies and guidelines are followed, employees are trained and developed to expand their knowledge base, provides advice and recommendations to enhance the department and HR Management throughout the organization.
