Are you a passionate Software Developer ready to make a profound impact on critical financial applications? We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team dedicated to building and enhancing sophisticated frontend solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience, driving innovation, and directly contributing to platforms that serve a vast client base, ensuring seamless and secure financial interactions that truly matter.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement robust REST endpoints, meticulously focusing on versioning, comprehensive API documentation, secure authentication/authorization protocols, and backward compatibility to maintain seamless service.
  • Champion a strong testing and quality mindset, including writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, and actively preventing breaking changes through diligent regression awareness.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, adhering to strict release governance standards within a highly regulated enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate effectively within a large-enterprise setting, meticulously following documentation, change control, and peer review standards to ensure robust and compliant development.
  • Implement secure authentication mechanisms, including directory service integration, token-based authentication, sophisticated role/entitlement models, and secure secret handling to protect sensitive data.
  • Utilize feature-flag driven delivery and safe rollout practices to ensure smooth, controlled, and low-risk application deployments.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend application development.
  • Extensive experience with single-page applications, including build/deploy processes and troubleshooting client-server integration issues.
  • Proficiency in REST endpoint development, versioning, API documentation, authentication/authorization, and backward compatibility.
  • Demonstrated strong testing and quality mindset, including experience with unit/integration tests and regression awareness.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release governance in highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to work in a regulated or large-enterprise setting, adhering to documentation, change control, and peer review standards.
  • Expertise in directory service integration, token-based authentication, role/entitlement models, and secure secret handling.
  • Familiarity with feature-flag driven delivery and safe rollout practices.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, or related server-side frameworks.
  • Understanding of contact center routing concepts, digital channels, interactive voice response, agent experience, or workforce management integrations.
  • Experience with software development kits, extensible markup language, or platform-specific integration frameworks.
