Pay Rate: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour

Night Shift: 7:00 PM-3:30 AM

Foreman Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years of heat-treating industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of heat-treating processes, metallurgy, aerospace/commercial materials, and testing procedures.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, train, and motivate production teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification, lift to 50 lbs., and work overtime or flexible shifts, including weekends, as needed.

Foreman Job Duties:

• Lead, train, and assign daily work for production employees to meet production goals.
• Oversee heat-treating operations while monitoring workflow, quality, and customer requirements.
• Promote workplace safety, housekeeping standards, and Environmental Management System (EMS) compliance.
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve productivity and resolve operational issues.
• Support employee development while ensuring the safe handling of customer materials and equipment.
