In this role, you will match the right skills and talent to deliver our brand campaigns while identifying and alleviating downstream challenges with partner teams. You should be comfortable engaging with many different types of creative professionals and creative outputs. You will partner closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Account Management, Project Managers, Post-Production, and Samples Management to bring cohesive stories to life across a variety of channels-always on time, on budget, and with an eye on superior results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Independently manage projects from initiation to completion alongside a line producer and the in-house production company. This includes managing stills crews, casting, shoot planning, and retouching feedback.
  • Senior Production Support: Support Senior Producers on larger campaigns by reviewing/maintaining production decks, coordinating samples, reviewing talent contracts, and providing general support.
  • Vendor & Finance Management: Bid, negotiate, and manage production vendors for content projects (shoots, post-production, animation, digital). Initiate SOWs and POs, track invoices/budgets, and manage vendor communications.
  • Risk & Rights Management: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of photographer and talent usage rights. Assess risk and clear work for distribution.
  • Timeline & Scheduling: Build production schedules and work closely with project and account managers to navigate scheduling restrictions.
  • Process & Communication: Organize internal processes; document and socialize production workstreams. Clearly communicate project status and actively speak up in stakeholder meetings to build trust and anticipate needs.
  • Tools: Utilize Airtable (or similar platforms) for budget tracking.


Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in video/motion, stills, and post-production.
  • Industry Network: A growing list of contacts in the photography, video, and post-production industries.
  • Lifecycle Knowledge: Experience across the entire production lifecycle, from in-camera capture to multi-channel deployment. Strong understanding of the post-production process and resources needed for stills, video, and animation.
  • Portfolio: An online portfolio demonstrating experience solving a range of production-related issues.
  • Collaboration: Proven background working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team directly with creatives, account managers, and project managers. Works well with others (seriously, this is important).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt to regular changes, manage bottlenecks, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a marketing/creative agency or an in-house agency environment.
  • Experience in the Marketing, Retail, or eCommerce industries.
  • Experience with animation, social, or experiential production is a plus.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
