Must be able to work West Coast hours Executive Summary Aquent Studios is seeking an experienced Portfolio Brand & Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketing Manager to support one of the world's leading consumer technology companies. This individual will serve as a strategic marketing partner responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, leading integrated full-funnel campaigns, and ensuring brand excellence across a portfolio of innovative consumer products. Embedded within the client's marketing organization, this role will work closely with product marketing, creative, media, and cross-functional stakeholders to bridge long-term brand strategy with performance-driven execution-helping translate product innovation into compelling customer experiences that drive measurable business results. What You'll Do Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches As part of the Aquent Studios team, you will:
- Develop integrated GTM strategies for new product launches and portfolio-wide marketing initiatives.
- Build strategic marketing plans that align business objectives, consumer insights, and market opportunities.
- Identify cultural, competitive, and consumer trends that inform differentiated positioning and creative direction.
- Develop actionable creative briefs that inspire breakthrough campaigns while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with product marketing teams throughout the product launch lifecycle, from planning through execution.
Brand Strategy & Full-Funnel Campaign Leadership
- Lead development of integrated marketing campaigns spanning awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Drive campaign strategy across digital marketing channels including:
- Paid Social
- Direct Response
- eCommerce
- Performance Marketing
- CRM and Owned Channels
- Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across every customer touchpoint while optimizing content for channel performance.
- Balance long-term brand equity with short-term business objectives and conversion goals.
- Leverage campaign performance data and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Media, Production, Analytics, and Owned Channel teams.
- Lead cross-functional planning and alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate creative reviews and executive presentations with senior leadership.
- Support localization of global campaigns, ensuring regional relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
- Coordinate agency partners and external vendors to deliver integrated marketing initiatives on time and at scale.

Go-to-Market Expertise
- Proven experience developing GTM strategies for new product launches.
- Ability to translate consumer insights and market research into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience developing strategic creative briefs and marketing frameworks.
Full-Funnel Marketing Experience
