**Impactful Opportunity for a UX/UI Designer**

Step into a pivotal role where your design expertise will directly shape the customer journey for both consumer and professional-facing web sites and applications. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in transforming complex challenges into elegant, intuitive, and efficient design solutions. You will champion user needs, contribute to a robust design system, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative digital products that resonate deeply with users. **What You Will Do:**

* **Design Excellence:** Create compelling designs for user scenarios, process flows, annotated wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts, adhering to established design delivery standards.

* **User-Centric Research:** Gather and synthesize user needs through stakeholder interviews, functional and non-functional specifications, usability studies, and surveys. Conduct benchmarking and requirements gathering, leveraging data to inform design decisions.

* **Design System Stewardship:** Become a subject matter expert in a robust Design System, actively leveraging and extending its style guides, patterns, and assets. Contribute to its ongoing evolution and collaborate with the platform team to address design system requirements.

* **Collaborative Production Support:** Work closely with design leads to ensure timely delivery of designs for critical projects. Support the development and execution of A/B testing initiatives.

* **Innovation & Contribution:** Utilize tools like Figma, Miro, and UserTesting to create and deliver high-quality UX/UI research and designs for digital products. Actively contribute to the design team's growth and impact within our client's organization.

* **Cross-functional Partnership:** Collaborate effectively with Digital Product Owners, Marketing Partners, Digital Merchants, Analytics teams, and Platform/IT teams to align design solutions with overall business and user goals.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a Design-related discipline (e.g., digital product design, graphic design, visual design, service design, interaction design, human factors, information architecture).

* 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.

* A strong understanding of UX methodologies, including various UX research methods.

* Conceptual thinking skills, coupled with a mobile-first and AI future-ready mindset.

* Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

* A self-starter mentality with a learner's mindset, capable of working independently while also building relationships, establishing trust, and collaborating effectively to meet deadlines.

* Proficiency with Figma Design and experience working with robust Design Systems.

* Familiarity with research methods and accessibility standards.

* A portfolio demonstrating your attention to detail and UX/UI design acumen, including design rationale, research, and responsive digital environments.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in eCommerce or digital product design.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
