Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for social media and storytelling? We are seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy individual to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the voice of iconic brands through bold, trend-setting content. You will be responsible for producing engaging, platform-native content, primarily static visuals with some short-form video, while also supporting community engagement to ensure a consistent and authentic brand voice across channels. Your work will directly influence how consumers experience and engage with our brands, helping to build loyalty and drive cultural relevance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners, gaining exposure to integrated marketing strategies and the latest in digital innovation, as well as internal department teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong social brand.

This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in the greater Chicago or greater New York City areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across major social platforms.

* Design static graphics and edit short-form videos, adhering to brand guidelines and leveraging current trends.

* Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.

* Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy and execution.

* Support the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs to streamline content production.

* Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using social media management tools.

* Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

* Flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to internal teams for proactive management.

**Required Skills & Experience**

* 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.

* Strong graphic design and video editing skills, with proficiency in various creative tools.

* A portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact.

* Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

* Experience with social media management tools.

* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

* Ability to work a 40-hour week, with occasional evening or weekend work based on content needs or community escalations.

* Must have reliable internet access.

* Ability to travel up to 25% for content capture, team collaboration, or event coverage.

**Preferred Skills**

* Experience in community management.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.

* Bilingual in Spanish.
